WhatsApp: If you contact us via WhatsApp, data will be transmitted to WhatsApp Ireland Limited (for EU users). This may also involve transfer to servers in third countries (e.g., USA). Please note that we have no influence over WhatsApp’s data processing. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

6. Sharing with partner accommodations

To fulfill your inquiry and provide suitable accommodation, we share your personal data (name, contact details, travel details) with carefully selected partner accommodations, if required for contract processing

No further sharing with third parties takes place.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
