How can I request accommodation at Chaker Living?

You can submit a request via our online form, by email, phone, or WhatsApp. Please provide the desired location, arrival and departure dates, number of guests, and your budget.

Your contracting partner is always Chaker Living GmbH. You will receive your invoice directly from us, regardless of whether the accommodation comes from our own portfolio or from a partner.

We need at least:
– Location / place of assignment
– Arrival and departure dates
– Number of guests
– Budget expectations
Optionally, you can share additional requests (e.g., Wi-Fi, parking, pets).

  1. You submit a request.
    We search for suitable accommodation from our portfolio or through partners.
    You receive a detailed offer with price and conditions.
    After your confirmation, we send you a binding booking confirmation and invoice.
  1. Payment is made by bank transfer after invoicing. For short-term bookings, we reserve the right to request advance payment.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, cancellations are possible. Our standard conditions are:
– up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
– 13 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
– from 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price

For accommodation bookings, there is no statutory right of withdrawal according to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB. Our cancellation conditions apply.

We only share your data with partner accommodations when necessary to process your request. No further disclosure takes place.
